WOC Was Awesome!

Yup! I'm already speculating on where the Disney "suits" are planning on putting WOC in WDW in a couple of years.....hmmm....replace Illuminations at Epcot?....corral everyone at AK into a new area at the park to see this? Possibilities are endless.:surfweb:
I wonder if the lagoon at DHS is big enough for WOC? That was my first thought. :wizard:

but what would they do with Fantasmic? That's where it's located now. I'm leaning toward Epcot--and DAK--which has absolutely plenty of space but nothing going on at night to keep folks there. The drawback is that the animals need their sleep!!! But I have no doubt that sooner or later WOC will show up at WDW.

Fantasmic is of course over in the stadium. I am talking about the lagoon over towards Star Tours and the Indy Show. It is not that big, but neither is DCA's.

Now that I think of it, AK does have a much better lagoon for something like this - over near EE and the Nemo show. But the WOC theme would not work very well. They might have to design a new show which meshes with the AK theme. :goodvibes

The Epcot lagoon seems way too big for WOC. :confused3

Isn't it fun to speculate? I'm very excited about the WOC and I sure hope it's a major success for DLR. I will be there first week in August and I'm counting the days now.

Based on the cheers at the CM preview and what I heard from the crowd during the online stream, WOC is definitely a hit IMHO.

And yes, it's fun the speculate. In fact, my son and I were just talking about it and at first we thought AK except for the theming issue. I didn't really think about DHS but I suppose it's possible. Who knows what the future holds (except the suits)!

We stayed in 2506 and I thought it was a great view. We saw enough to know what was going on. I was amazed at how hot it got from the Villa and couldn't imagine being up close. I can't wait to go back!

Oh my! When was your arrival?? We were in 2504 and left 6/5!

My son and I watched it on the link someone posted last night. It was amazing! Totally different view from what we had at the villas, but either view it was amazing! Disney did a phenomenal job!

We arrived on May 23-25 in the 3 bedroom 4513 and then moved on May 26-30 in the 2506 so we missed you.

We had a triplet stroller so if anyone saw one it was probably us! We got alot of stares and people talking. Some Japanese people had to take our picture at Universal studios! LOL

Last night I linked up my computer to the 50" TV and all of us watched it, my kids felt lik they were there again but it was sooooooo much better in person. Hopefully we will make it back in 2012!
