WoC & RDCT? Friday or Saturday?

I asked this on the September thread, but got no answers Anyway, I have 2 days for WoC & Fireworks: Friday Sept 17th & Saturday 18th. I see that either I do WoC or RDCT (I don't think I'll want to see WoC at 10pm).
Should I do RDCT on Friday and WoC on Saturday??

Here is my two cents. RDCT gets cancelled if there are high winds, so I always try to see it as early in my trip as possible.

I don't think it matters. Either way, you only get one shot at each of them. Do whatever fits best in your touring plan? (If you are doing the WOC fastpass, which morning will you be at DCA at opening?)

Technically you will have a few chances to see WoC if there is an 11:15 showing while you are there. So see Remember on your first night, but if you can get a fastpass for the late show, you can see WoC on the same night. That way you can decide which one to see again on your second night

During your visit, it looks like WoC is expected twice per night. I would plan on RDCT for the first night, but at some point earlier in the day take the time to get a fastpass for the second showing of WoC if you can manage it. Then if RDCT gets canceled, even at the last minute, you still have an opportunity to make it back to DCA before they close the gates at 10 PM and try for WoC. This would then give you a second chance to watch the fireworks the next night. If RDCT is not canceled the first night, then you can make a point of getting a fastpass for WoC the next day for whichever show you prefer.
