I have read all of the info/sticky on WOC and just need someone to clarify some questions.

My mom and I went last summer for the first time and got FP for the 2nd show in the blue section. We went to line up pretty early. When everyone was entering the viewing section it got too crazy for our first time.:scared1: We ended up not getting a good spot (thinking we did until the show started) go figure.

Is the 1st show the same procedure for getting to your spot where you have to queue somewhere else? You actually cant go and save a spot early at the viewing section...right?

Last year we were so close to the water and off to the left that we couldn’t see over anyone. Both of us are pretty short. Could we enjoy the show at the very back at the top of the viewing section? Last year I felt I could have seen better standing my The Little Mermaid ride than I did were we were at!!!

All input is welcome please!!!:thumbsup2

We never go to the front. Further back gives a better view of the entire show. We always take the first section available as you're walking in instead of going down to the front. We stay along the fence, trying to get as close to the middle as possible. Since more people head to the front, we have been able to get really good spots even when we were not close to the front of the line. This worked for us both with blue and yellow passes.

You cannot save a spot for 1st show and must queue before the show. If you queue early enough and head to the spots shown in the WOC Superthread you should be fine. Good spots can be found towards the rear as well. Some people prefer those. I do not prefer them but I do think some of them are just fine.
