WOC picnics for individual users

Hi all,

Will be heading to DL and DCA in November (40 sleeps to go!) and have a friend who is looking to come with and wanted to pay her way seperately.

With WOC picnics pre-purchsed, I know you get a tote bag for every 4 meals that you buy, but my friend really wants one but be purchasing one meal only.

Does anyone know if the WOC tote bags are given as 1 per order, or 1 per customer, or is there a hard and fast 4 meal minimum to be given the tote bag? Can a tote bag be purchased?

When they were first introduced it was 1 per meal (we had 16 bags!). Not sure if that's changed.

Someone in our household was able to get the bag with just one picnic meal. YMMV?

We got one per meal too when we went last summer 2010 and there were five of us.

sweet, thank you for the confirmation. maybe we'll just ensure we place her order on a seperate transaction and hope for the best

also just wondering if anyone can tell me the dimensions (in inches) of the world of colour light up bracelets? are they rubber & stretchy or pre-moulded plastic? i have a sibling who has requested that we bring one back for them, but would prefer knowing that they will fit first

Also, regarding the picnic bags... I think it's currently one for every 4 meals, but that means that you'd get one bag if you ordered one meal, and one bag if you ordered two meals, three meals, or four meals. But when you order five meals, you'd get two bags. Does that make sense?

I'm really glad I read this thread! Thanks for posting. If we do end up ordering the WOC picnic we will do it as two orders!

I dont have the dimensions, but they are the premolded plastic tubing with lights inside. I honestly wouldn't have paid for them on their own.

yeah, i don't think we'll be buying the kids meals... so far we're thinking of getting one american, one vegetarian and one asian style picnic... just so we have a bit of variety in our group. also, we're planning on doing the all-you-care-to-eat lunch at big thunder ranch bbq, so the fact that these aren't huge meals is probably going to be a good thing for us, as we're not usually big eaters
