WOC fastpass for 2nd show

We will be in DLR next week
What is the strategy for getting a WOC fastpass for the second show at 10:15. I realize it might not be as crowded as the 1st show. What time would you suggest lining up for the show?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
