WOC Dining Option

I am starting to plan my meals for early December.

Planning on booking Wine Country Taricota one night and Storytellers Cafe on another. Do I have to book the packages or just ask for an upgrade and book a regular reservation?

Also any feedback on food with the Wine Country Taricota would be great since we have not eaten there And want to try it for the first time.

For WOC packages, I believe you make a regular reservation and then ask for the WOC package when you get there. (But someone else who has done it might know better than me.)

My mom and I are Wine Country Trattoria fans! I've only had the Spaghetti Bolognese and the Chicken Parmesan, and both were good, but the Bolognese is by FAR my preferred of the two. My mom isn't much for Italian food, but she LOVES their Ribeye and the potatoes that come with it. Has always been perfectly cooked and flavorful.
