WoC Dessert - Q's I haven't seen answered elsewhere

Hi all. Just a couple of quick questions that I haven't seen addressed in other threads...

1 - When I'm going online to book for myself and my daughter, there is a section where I can note specific dietary restrictions - but it doesn't let me specify that the restrictions are only for her and that I'm good with the regular dessert tray; and,

2 - It's making me enter a credit card, but I'd prefer to pay with Disney gift cards. Does anyone know how I might arrange to do that?

For the dietary question, disney will reach out to confirm the allergy and how many guests need the allergy dessert plate vs regular. I forget how close to the date they reached out (via email), but they do!

You can't pay for the dessert part with gift cards. I found this out to hard way as I was all ready with mine on booking day.
