Trying to buy tix to WoC Dessert Party and the only time it's giving me is 7:30pm. Is that the only time offered, or the only time left? I'm worried my 2 year old is not going to sit there for an hour and a half before the show even starts.

Also, what is the price per person for 2 adults, 1 kid, and 1 two-year-old? No prices listed, I'm just getting a lump sump after selecting ages!

Only time offered.
My window has just opened for end of Sept. From looking at previous years info - for the day I'm looking at (Thurs 9/28) it appears DCA likely to close at 8pm with WOC scheduled for 8.15pm with a 7.30pm reservation/arrival time, although one could turn up later I believe but 7.30 is the suggested time.
I 'believe' it's $79p/p (tax & grat incl) for anyone 3+ ??

ETA: I'm not certain on the child age - couldn't see that info under DP info

Ok so I realized that while I am able to purchase WoC Dessert Party tix, it's not telling me what time the show is. One day (Thu 9/21) the party time is 7:30pm and the next day (Fri 9/22) the time is 8:15pm. I assumed WoC starts at 9pm both nights. Is that not correct? I just booked the Fri time but if it's earlier on Thu, then I want that.

From what I've been researching & prev experience I would say the show is scheduled for 45mins after the available booking time.
The last 2 times we went was July so that time of year would be 9pm.
In the 'off season' midweek it is usually earlier - ~ 8.15pm showtime.
Friday's showtime would normally be 9pm.
If I'm wrong- someone pls correct me :-)

Thank you so much. I just cancelled the Fri reservation and re-booked for Thu :disrocks:

$79 per person regardless of age, and the 2yo is free but will have to be on your lap. 730p is when they open the area, I think seating is at 8p.

Booked ours yesterday. Seating starts at 7:30 for 8:15 show 9/28!

At the beginning they offered 2 parties on nights that the show was running twice but fairly quickly after the party debuted they cut it to one offering per night. The party always runs with the first show of the evening.

It's our first visit (in 34 yrs for me lol, daughters first) and booked WOC dessert party. It's a splurge for us, we usually don't book dessert parties, really looking forward to seeing WOC. A little different than MK Wishes party I think this isn't a buffet?

We love the WOC DP and have done it each trip. Since you'll have a 2 y/o with you who may not have a seat of his/her own, you may want to get in line in advance (or send one member of your party to get in line while the other adult walks the kids around)-there are both high tables (bar height with higher stools) and lower (regular dining height) tables, and the higher tables could be a challenge with a toddler.

You're correct, it's not a buffet. They save each person a plate of desserts/fruits/cheeses, and a drink. Everyone in our party has liked the selection. I'm trying to include a pic, but I keep getting an error that the file is too large. Will try again!

Make sure you get there at least 20-30 minutes early. Not to get a seat since everyone is guaranteed a seat, but to make sure you have a chance to enjoy the ambiance and get your second drink. We made the mistake of getting there 5-10 minutes prior to the show and I thought our seat was terrific, but we didn't realize they stop serving once the show starts. If you slowly sip and savor your first drink thinking you'll get the second during or after the show, you'll be out of luck.

I've done the party 4 times now I think and agree with this. I actually have come to know some of the organizers at the podium and they know i line up an hour early to be one of the first in line , they are awesome people.
His name escapes me but the CM i'm speaking of is from Egypt originally and really sociable and has been with Disney several years and is a treat to make conversation with early if you go. I've also had the absolute pleasure of meeting some amazing people including an older couple celebrating their birthday that i joined at their table since I go solo ( hubby hates sweets) and the time before a mother/daughter were ahead of me and we all started talking and invited me to join them and had wonderful stories and company to share and during gay days had the sweetest couple I got to chat andf sit with too from Modesto which is only 45 minutes from me too. It's really an experience and one I can't recommend enough for the seats and comfort alone.

Also the CM's serving will offer to take photos which is super nice.

I know exactly who you are talking about from Egypt, and I'm pretty sure his name is Eric! We encountered him last month, he was great!

Will do! We are trying to surprise my parents (not easy! DH is going to take them to Cars Land for the neon lighting on Rte. 66 to get them totally out of the way, lol), so I'll make sure to let Eric know. :)
