WOC Ariel's Dining a Character Meal?

I just can't find this info so I was curious for those who have done it or know.

If I book Ariel's Grotto for the WOC Dining package, is this also a character dinner? Or are you separated from the rest of Ariel's Grotto because you are getting the perk of WOC Dining fastpasses?

Ariel's Grotto no longer has characters present during dinnertime. The only perk of the WoC dinner is the WoC passes.
