If you get a fp for woc, do you have to wait a certain amount of time to get a fp for RSR? Is woc fp available at opening?

They are not connected. You can pick one up after the other.

WOC FP's are available throughout the day. RSR's will run out within the first few hours. Get the RSR FP, and when you are in the area of GRR, grab your WOC FP. It is not urgent to get them first thing.

Niether of those FP's will affect other FP's, so you could even grab a third FP right after those two if you wanted to.
