WLV Room Request -- not sure what to ask for...

We have two families traveling together, 2 adults and 2 kids in each family -- kids ages 3,4,5,6. We're staying in the WLV, studio rooms. Any suggestions on room requests? Is it better to be on the first floor? Near the bus stop? Near the pool? I'm not exactly sure how the resort is laid out. We've stayed at WL before, but that was before the villas were built...

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

The Villas are relatively small and if you're near the bus stop you're also pretty close to the pool (and the elevator, if you don't get a 1st floor room). So if you request rooms near the pool, bus stop or elevators, it's the same general area. Rooms at the end of the hall, away from the elevators, are a little bit of a walk, but since this is a small building, it's not a huge long walk. Hope you have a wonderful trip!

As I recall, the 1st floor rooms open onto the ground level, and there's a small 'patio' area with a couple chairs. In some of the rooms you might have to walk around some bushes. I don't believe all of the area is flat and grassy, like the Contemporary. I don't remember there being a big lawn area for kids to play right outside the room, but didn't pay that much attention. The health club is on the first floor, right by the pool, there are no rooms in that section on 1st floor. There are really only a few studios that open up near the pool.

A few of the 1st floor rooms are right beside the walk-way into the villas, so everyone walks by there. Again, it's a small building, so I guess that's not a huge # of people. Some of the studios are on the other side of the building, but it's easy to just walk through the lobby area of the villas and out the other door to the pool. Some rooms face the woods along side the pool.
