WLV & OKW - visiting for the first time

I will be visiting both the Wilderness Lodge Villas and OKW for the first time in Sept - OCt. How are they? I've only stayed at BWV's as a member (we're relatively new DVC members) Staying i studios for both. 5 days in each. As well as doing the 4 day cruise in between. What should I expect? We're so excited, just wondering how nice they both are.

I love them both - OKW has 2 queen beds, VWL has 1 queen bed and a double sleeper sofa. OKW is quiet and peacefully, you can walk or take the boat to DD. VWL has the boat to MK, you can take another boat or walk to FW. I love the geysers at VWL, it also has a great slide.

You can spend a lot of time just looking around VWL and WL. They have a morning and afternoon tour that meets in the WL lobby. We got to go on the morning tour and really enjoyed it. When we stayed at VWL, we were in room 2505. It was a studio which overlooked the quiet pool area.

 

[OKW91]

You will love OKW it is a very quite resort as mentioned in the previous post, and you park your car right outside of your door! Simply take your bags out and walk into your unit. The big balconies are great also, nice to sit down at night and enjoy a glass of wine! Have a great trip!!!!!
