WLV - discounted room rate??

Has anyone gotten a discount on WLV 2 bedroom?
Was this type of room included in the FTP?

VWL is the smalled DVC resort. Since it is sold out on members' points (about 95% of the resort), it may be tough to get a cash night there. Not impossible, but difficult, especially during times when members want to go. Discounts? Not sure.

DVC'ers will tell you the best way to get any "villa" on discount is to rent points from a DVC member. We are DVC'ers, but were out of points for this year and decided on a Thanksgiving trip. We rented from another member, and got our room for about 50% off rack rate.

DVC does maintain a percentage of rooms to rent for cash, but it may not be many. Check out the rent/trade board to see how rental works!
