WLV, BWV or BTL???

Planning a trip at end of May/beginning of June. First half we will be at USO and then second half Disney. Wanted to do 4 nights at WLV but can only get 3 nights. We could just stay an extra night at a Universal hotel (most likely staying at their Premium resorts) or we can change to another DVC property. The other options that interest us are BTL - Lake View and BWV - Preferred View. I hesitate with BTL as the Contemporary has never appealed to me and I understand that the rooms are really small. (We are just doing a Deluxe Studio.) BWV looks interesting but I really wanted to stay at WLV as we have never stayed there. Anyone have any input? What would you decide to do? (If we go with 3 nights, it won't change how many Disney days we do. We would just come over in the morning verses the night before.) Thanks!

There are two DVC resorts at WL, Villas at Wilderness Lodge (now known at Boulder Ridge Villas) and Copper Creek Villas. BRV is a completely separate building connected by a covered walkway. CCV is a wing of the lodge.
