Hi! I'm trying to plan an August vacation. I want to stay in concierge this trip and I'm having a hard time deciding between the BC and WL. The price difference is significant -- $120 a night with WL being the cheaper of the two.

I've stayed in the WL and loved it. I'm leaning towards BC due to its proximity to EPCOT and the fact that I've never stayed there before. We'll be traveling with our daughter who will be 15 months at the time, so conveinence is a requirement. I'm not interested in the monorail resorts at all, so it's between these two. $120 a night is a pretty significant.

Also, another consideration is that my husband will have just come off a 6 month course of chemotherapy. We have no idea what his energy level will be, so it would be nice not to have to walk long distances to get somewhere (WL seems much smaller than BC).

I'd would love some opinions!

Thanks! :earsboy:

Well, I can't speak for WL, but I have stayed at BC concierge and really enjoyed it. We originally reserved a SV room, however upon arrival I found that it was overlooking the rooftop of something below and the parking lot. It was also quite a hike to the elevators and lounge area. Our DD was 18 mos at the time and I was 6 mos pregnant, so that made a difference to us. We called and upgraded to LV and were much happier. The staff was courteous, the food was good and we loved the location. The boat was convenient, though the dock is closer to YC. It was a quick walk over to EPCOT, but I wasn't a fan of the bus to MK because it was shared with YC, Swan & Dolphin guests. The boat also took you to MGM and that was easy too. I love the Boardwalk at night and my DD liked to feed the ducks. The pool, SAB can't be beat for little kids. We couldn't drag her out of the pool and this was a child who hated the water before that trip. So, my vote is BC or YC. $120 difference is a lot though. Hopefully some good codes will come out and you will get a great discount. Enjoy and best of luck to your DH. :sunny:

I've dont both and both are great choices. You really cant go wrong with either choice.
