WL transportation, especially to Epcot

I know the WL has a dedicated boat to MK, and guests at the WL are stuck with bus transportation to HS, AK, and DTD.

How about Epcot? Does the bus from WL to Epcot normally make stops at other MK area resorts? Taking the boat to CR - monorail to TTC - monorail to Epcot seems like it would take longer than a bus to Epcot, but if the bus to Epcot stops at other area resorts, maybe the boat/monorail not so bad?

I don't want to rent a car, and I enjoy the monorail & boats. To me, they are theme park rides as well as transportation, so if it's even close I'd prefer that route over a bus. However, if the bus is twice as quick (or something like that), I'd probably suck it up and take the bus.

Has anyone compared these two routes?

So it's normally WL-FTW-Epcot? I thought I had read stories that they sometimes went to GF and/or the Poly as well.
That's for DHS, DAK, & DTD, depending on time of day. There are normally no buses from the monorail resorts to Epcot, except when the monorail is not running.

None of the bus routes from WL are particularly long. No better, no worse than any other resort, even when shared wth other resorts along the way.

We just returned from a stay at VWL and the bus transportation everywhere we went seem to take unusally long. On several days, we saw multiple busses for other parks other than the one we needed. On several occasions, we waited 30 minutes for a bus to the parks. Kind of disappointed! One day it took us a hour just to get to Epcot!

Here at WL now and both days we went to EPCOT we stopped at Fort Wilderness 1st and then EPCOT. On the way back the bus went 1st to WL. We must have had excellent transportation luck this week. We never waited more then 5-10 minutes top and often a bus was right there when we walked up. Also never had to stand. Had equally excellent luck with the boats.
