Anyone know what time this is opened until on a Thursday night?

Flights get in late (arrive WL around 11pm - Sept 2) and would like to relax with a drink/snack before bed. Thanks

My Silver Creek Star the directory of services you receive at check-in says...Territory Lounge...Open daily from 4:30pm until 11:30pm. Appetizers and light bites also served from 4:30pm til 11:00pm. In-Room Dining says sandwiches and snacks served from 4:00pm until midnight...Roaring Fork Snack Bar is open from 6:00am-12:00midnight (Grill opens at 7:00am and closes at 11:00pm)
