WL room question

We will be spending at week at WDW in NOV. Splitting our time between YC concierge and WL concierge. I noticed on the WDW website that you can get a room at WL with two queens beds and a pullout sofa. Is that only for a Deluxe room or any room? Also, do I need to request non-smoking? Thanks

We stayed last year at the WL. Got a free concierge upgrade -- they messed up our ressies.

This level at the WL is the top floor -- 7th floor. The 7th floor is only part of the resort. Balconies are dormer style, you can't see without standing up. It is a non-smoking area. Rooms are either 2 queens or 1 queen and a bunk bed.

The 2 queens and a pull out sofa must be a deluxe room. The WL rooms are too small to fit in a pull out.

We stayed in room 4123 and it was a junior suite . It had the two rooms. One with the two queens , and the main room had the fold out couch. It did handle all six of us. 4123 btw, is a great corner room. So private.

The deluxe/Jr Suites, that have two queen size beds and a sofa couch are not located on the 7th floor. So if you would like one of these rooms you would not be on the concierge floor, however it may be possable to add concierge to the room....you would be given a room key with access to the 7th floor...not as convenient as being on the 7th floor.

DELUXE-TWO QUEEN BEDS & ONE SOFA BED (sleeps 6) The Deluxe Guest Room has a sitting area separated from the bedroom by french doors, additional television, refrigerator with ice machine, coffeemaker, and wet bar. All Deluxe Guest Rooms feature woodland views.
