WL Roaring Forks & Gift Shop

We will be staying at WL for the first time in October on the DP and was wondering the kinds of things people have been able to get as snacks. Since we are already getting desserts with CS and TS meals, we probably won't be using our snack credits for too many sweets. We would like to try to get a few breakfast items. I had no idea other than from reading posts here and trying to learn from others, that you could use the DP in the gift shop.

Does anyone know for sure whether the WL gift shop has the donut or danish boxes that qualify for the credit? Can you buy milk here? Does this count as a snack?

In RF, can you get individual boxes of cereal, or bagels or muffins or yogurt with the snack credits?

I can tell you what I think and maybe someone will see the bump and tell you what they know!

The mercantile at VWL carries English muffins and bagels and boxes of danish and doughnuts. I have heard that at some DVC resorts they have been able to buy these types of items (with the snack credit) as long as they are under $4. Yes they do sell milk, but it is pretty costly. We always have a car, so we shop before we check in. They also have a toaster at the Roaring Forks where you can toast your bread/bagels at.

We didn't even try to use snack credits at the mercantile (didn't think about it), but DH used a snack credit every morning for breakfast at RF. He usually got a chocolate croissant or muffin, so I know you can do that. I believe cereal was also a snack credit as were pieces of fruit. FYI - the breakfast platters were quite substantial - I split one adult platter with my 2 kids most mornings and we all had plenty to eat, so that's another thought. Have a great trip!
