I don't see the problem when you are staying at the resort and say "hey lets take the boat to the GF and go in the pool cause you are already paying for the hotel and you are paying money for pool care and other fun stuff. I would never just go to a resort's pool with out staying at the resort or a resort run by the same companies.

See the problem with this is that I payed to stay at whatever resort. Now I have to try and find a spot/chair etc. at the pool because you decided to pool hop. Stay at the resort that you booked. If you want a more fun pool then pick the reosrt you want and book that. I still to this day don't get what the big allure is to go to another pool.

I understand being a DVC member pool hopping privledges (although we have never done it or wanted to). I do have to disagree with if a hotel is with the same company you should have pool rights. There is a very big difference with paying at the GF & the All Star...there is a big $$$$ difference and that just makes it not fair. I really think wristbands are the way to go with this....painless, simple and fair.
If you prefer one pool to another just stay at that resort.
