WL or CR -elp me decide

Got our Disney Visa last night and broke it in by getting 7/4 ressies for WL concierge end of October. Am having second thoughts and thinking perhaps Contemporary might be better.

Before the 7/4 deal came out was planning to do only 3 or 4 nights on the property. (We really like Residence Inns when we travel).

Would you do Contemporary 7/4 for the larger rooms and quick access to MK over the WL?

Of the two, I prefer WL! I really love the boat ride over to MK from there!

I've never stayed at the WL, but have stayed at the CR and we loved it. It is the great because of the monorail. Just loved hopping on it and getting to MK and Epcot and really loved when we were dog tired at the end of the day and all we had to do was get off the monorail and step into an elevator and we were at our room. Wonderful especially with 3 kids. The rooms were also very large and accomodated our family of 5 just great! We would stay there in a heartbeat again if given the chance (with a great deal or code). Have a great time whatever your choice!!

I've stayed at both. And while I love the Wilderness Lodge nothing beats a monorail linked resort!

If you got a better deal at the Contemporary, then go with the Contemporary. The rooms are the biggest on property, you'll have more dining options than at WL, more transporatation options (you can always visit WL or Ft Wilderness via boat), and feeling as if you're part of the action.

WL is so romantic, but having a monorail is nice.
i would hate to give up the beauty of the lodge, and if it
were me unless i could do the POLY, I would stay at the
WL. they have a boat to the MK and buses as well.

I love the Contemporary! A monorail resort is worth its weight in Gold!

The most magical hotel I've stayed at is the Contemperary. LISTEN TO ME! Trust me, you want to stay there, its an awsome place. If you can, stay in the main tower, its unbelieveable. The Wings are also great. I prefer the South wing over the north, but hands down, stay at the Contemperary!!!

Appreciate all the help here. Great to have advice from experienced travelers. Will be caling today to see what kind of availability there is at CR.
