WL or AKL standard?

I'm having a tough time making a decision. Our budget will only allow for the standard room at either WL or AKL, and I can't really decide which one I would suit us better. I know AKL has a food court; does the WL? Which one would have better standard views? Does one have better transportation? I know theming is important, how are the resorts though to just sit around and relax? Are they "pretty"?

We are only going for 5 nights, and DH doesn't want to split the stay.
(We have also been considering POFQ because it's new). Decisions, decisions. . .

Any help you can give me would be most appreciated. It will be me, DH and DS (13) traveling the first part of June. Thanks for your help:
