Stayed at WL 2001, VWL 2004 & 2005. Stayed wk at BCV 2005
Staying at VWL 3/06 - bringing a friend for her first trip to our "home"

Planning on a wk at BCV 8/06 (DHs 1st visit there). I like to break up our 2wk vacations w/2 different resorts. Where should we try next? or again stay 1wk VWL and 1wk BCV? (kinda covers it all except DowntownDisney)

I think a lot of it depends on what kind of person you are -- what your preferences are. I have no desire to ever stay at OKW again, nor to ever stay at SSR (except if the spa prices get very low, and we can treat the whole week as just a spa vacation -- no theme parks). So, if I were you, I'd be aiming to try to find a nice BWV member willing to trade points with you, so you can spend a week at BWV. My personal feeling, as a BWV owner, is that if I didn't have my own VWL points, that would be the place I would most like to stay other than my home resort, so I suspect you can find others like me who'd be willing to make such a trade for the opportunity to get the 11 month advantage at VWL from you.

BWV BW View. IMHO the best DVC has to offer.

I agree that's the best view (although I'm not sure if that's the "best" resort-different strokes for different folks). Remember that August is so hot-what I loved about BWV BW view was sitting on my balcony and leaving the door to my villa open. I'll bet not too many people have air conditioned balconies!

I agree. I love our BW home and the times we've had a BW view have been wonderful. Of course the times we've had standard views have been really great too. :)
