WL Concierge - worth it?

My DH and DS are staying at the WL in July. I am thinking of surprising them with an upgrade to concierge (I am the family travel agent ). If you've stayed in WL concierge, what is offered, and was it worth the extra money? Are all the rooms in one area, and where is the lounge located?

The rooms are all on the 7th floor that has access with your key. There is no real lounge. the area overlooking the lobby has one wall--overlooking the pool-- set up with a table with food and drinks. there are chairs and tables situated so you can look down on the lobby. The cast members have a computer by the elevators for ps etc. They have continental breakfast, snacks at lunch time, afternoon tea, more substantial food at dinner time--peanut butter and jelly, veggies,cheese and crackers, soup and 1 other hot item, and desserts and cordials later on. I am not Beth, but have stayed at the WL concierge. The staff there was very pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. It was nice to have someone at the elevator that greeted you everytime you got to the 7th floor. Or were going to the parks. We were there the first weekend that they offered concierge service.

The rooms are the same as the other floors with a few more amenities. We loved it

We had a view of the pool both times and could see the fireworks from our balcony. The rooms are the same as the rest of the resort unless you have one of the suites. The staff was very nice and tried very hard to please. We enjoyed the food and the extra service and would stay there again. beth
