WL Concierge...What kind of view can I expect?

Just booked Wilderness Lodge Concierge for Dec 3-7 and was just wondering what kind of view could I expect...Parking lot, trees, or maybe a piece of the Magic Kingdom. Also read something about the balcony. Can someone describe it to me? And last but not least, how much is it to Valet park our car? I know that its a hike from the parking lot up a hill. Alot of questions, yes I know, and I do apologize, but with it being our 12th visit but first at Christmas and first at the Wilderness lodge I want to have all my ducks in row.
