WL concierge Q's

We just booked 2 connecting concierge level rooms at WL for December. When can I expect someone to contact me about pre-planning, or do I make first contact? Also, does anyone know if there are bunk bed rooms on the 7th floor? Last stay we had a deluxe room and just upgraded to concierge access at check-in. I am hoping it is worth the cost for the 2 rms actually on the 7th floor. Any thoughts? We have 4 kids, ages 7-13.

I am also staying concierge in December and I got a call about 10 days after booking. They left a number to call if I needed any PS or pre-planning done. I was wondering the same thing about the bunk beds and if they have them on the north wing?
