Do the WL CL standard view rooms all have balconies? Going in June and hoping for a nice view....Is there a section/room that I should request? So excited (and obsessed)

Here are some photos of our concierge room from October 2009, we had a balcony where you could watch (and hear) wishes only problem was when you looked below it was the service yard
