Wizarding World opening?

Apologies if this has been discussed but all I can find on the opening date is 'spring'. Surely this close they must have an approx date? Are we talking March? April? May? I'm hoping to go in april and I'm wondering if it's worth keeping a day free. thanks

They haven't announced an opening date. Safest bet is May.

Some are speculating April or May. April only because the Senior Graduation Bash parties they hold (7pm to 2 am) are on April 23, 24 and 30th. The flier on the site is featuring the new Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit Ride, and WWOHP.

I'm sure though that attractions are subject to change.

Do you mind me asking where the June dates came in? I've only heard spring and June is typically summer months for theme parks.

We're planning middle of June, but like I said, I hadn't seen June thrown in anywhere. Wondering if we should push it back now. (DH is a teacher though, so it has to be during the summer when we go.)

Summer starts June 21, so any time before then is Spring.

But the June 30 comes it's licensing contract with Warner Brothers.

The contract with Rowling states that it must be open by June 30, 2010 I believe. Technically, spring is from March 21 through June 21, so it could open late June and still fit within what has been stated thus far.

That said, they are going to open it as soon as they can, and I do know that the goal is March.
