Not that the ten shares in my oldests TUTMA will do much, but, withheld all but the priest, and against the boards recommendations, mainly as a vote against the status rather than anything. But, it did feel good to withhold 3.

Actually, the entire board, along with other measures....place 03 is Eisner's spot. There is no "opponent" to Eisner as CEO, but, a strong "no" or withheld vote should send a message that the board would hear. A 20-30% no vote would probably result in Eisner loosing at least some power. If it did not, the institutional investors would likely come back at them with a venegence.
