With time gone by...Does anyone actually miss Snow White's Ride?

Just thinking about this as I was at fantasy land, and I didn't miss that particular ride at all.

It was nice to have it there, and still at Disneyland - but I think the fantasy land construction and what they have built there leaves no desire to ride it again.

Change is good sometimes...for me, but how has it been for you?

Last time I was at MK I had my last ride on SWSA (and had ridden the one in DL a few months prior). It was always a must-do, but what I really miss is being a kid and scared when the queen turned around as the witch. It's cool to experience rides a different points in your life and reminiscing. The actual attraction without associated memories? Well, I can say for most rides, I miss the time/living memory more so than the actual ride. And it's more of a "gee wasn't that a great time" than a longing for the past or feeling like everything was so much better then. I like to enjoy what I have in front of me, in the present. Anyway, the Internet keeps the past alive, so I can virtually experience most of the bygone rides, albeit not in HD.

When I was there a few weeks ago, I looked over toward the princess hall area and thought, I kind of miss Snow White.

I love what's there now, but yeah I do miss snow white. It'll be fun to ride it in dlr though, so it isn't a big deal

Based on the posts when it closed, I think a lot of people miss it.

Fantasyland at WDW really seems lacking after experiencing all those nostalgic dark rides at DLR.

I guess I miss it. It was a priority for me when we were in Disneyland a couple of years ago.

Mr. Toad's was a higher priority

One of the things I'm most looking forward to at DL is getting to ride Scary Adventures of Snow White and Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. I miss them both.

I do miss it as it will always have a place in my childhood, but I also love what is there now. I also love the addition of the Seven Dwarfs Mine Ride.

Admittedly, I was never a huge fan. We'd ride it but it was "skippable" for us. Now, if you asked about Mr. Toad, I'd have a different answer...

I miss it because it was a ride. I wish they had put a ride there instead of a princess meet. Previously it was something that everyone in my family at least wanted to try, now it is totally not. We pass right by it now!

I miss it! I think if it would have replaced by an updated version, that would have been great! But, to put nothing but a meet and greet there, was kind of *meh.

Having a 2yr old now we do. It's nice to have more things he can do and meeting princesses isn't high on his list.
