Although I've never had them, I've had friends who've had the "heabie jeabies" when they've been scared. I have had the "living daylight" scared out of me on occasion, but I've never heard of the others. I've never heard of "Googlie Mooglie" either, however I have head of the "Great Googamooga" as in one of the best Temptations songs ever:
