And there's going to be a Christmas decorations tour!!! That's what I most wanted to do.

I've cancelled our DIS-Con reservation. DH was very sweet about it. He knew how much fun I was going to have. He totally let me decide. And I just couldn't justify the money right now. I will eagerly await all your Convention reports and DIS-Con 2002 will be here soon.

Oh no Mary!

I'm so sorry you had to cancel, what a tough decision to make. I'm sure there will be others who will have to cancel too, for various reasons, as we get closer to October.
There's always next years convention, and it will probably be bigger and better because they'll learn so much from this one. Maybe you could start planning for the next one, you'd have lots of time to get ready.
I'm sorry I won't get to meet you.

That's awful! I'm so sorry you had to cancel. You never know though, do you? I know that we are not completely 'out of the cancellation woods' yet either...there are just too many uncertain factors that could come into play between now and then. <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">
