WISHWalker Marathon T-shirt logo's here!!!

Hey everyone! Maryellen (Auntmeme) has finished designing the t-shirt logos for us. And she has done an AWESOME job!!

There are 3 designs- One has Mickey on it- that is for those of us doing the full marathon. The second has Donald on it- for those of us doing the half marathon. Either of these 2 images go on the front of the t-shirt. The third is a picture for all of us to put on the back of our t-shirts. It says "We will not be swept" which illudes to the fact that we're not gonna let that bus pick any of us up- we're all gonna finish!!

Go here to download the images on your computer and then follow the directions on the t-shirt transfer paper on how to apply it to your white or lime green t-shirt.

And here's a really big THANK YOU to Maryellen for the design and Lily (Tigerlily) for downloading them onto a site that we can get them from!

One more thing- Using your own computer, don't forget to print your DIS name and your real name on the transfer paper and apply them to the front and back of your t-shirt. This way we can identify each other, and we will be cheered on by the bystanders to the race!!

These are so awesome!!!!!!! Thank you so much Auntmeme for designing them and thanks Lily for getting them set up for us to download!!! I kept focusing on the we will not be swept design for the back of the shirt when I did my walk today and it helped me to keep walking fast! I might actually make myself 2 shirts. I on cool max fabric for race day if it works on that type of fabric and 1 on a regular T-shirt to wear the day before when walking around the parks.

Thank you, Maryellen and Lily!! Where on the shirts is everyone putting their name? DIS name or real or both? Above design, below design, front, back??

I think I'll leave the back blank, since I'm already planning to be swept! In fact, I'll probably be looking forward to the ride!

Don't forget to make your shirts SOON and use them for training. You do NOT want to use a new shirt the day of the big race!

Thanks everyone! I think some of us have lime green (Ido) and some are doing white. We never talked about where to put names - I like mine on the front.

You can buy transfer paper at any local office supply store or even target/walmart. Be sure to follow the directions - as you need to reverse image for it to come out correctly.

Put your names on the front and the b ack- then you'll get cheers from both directions! ANd , make your names large enouh for people to see! They have to be abel to read them to cheer for you!
