Wishing ceremony at CRT?

I've been searching because I know I've seen info on it before but can't seem to find it today.
What exactly is the wishing ceremony and do they do it at lunch and dinner?

I have dinner ressies at CRT but am getting buyers remorse so need all the info I can~

I can tell you what they do for the wishing ceremony at breakfast.... Each child is given a star and told to close their eyes and wave their wands or swords over the star and make a wish. Some music plays and --shazam-- that's it. My DD(4) still is very into it so it's cute to watch her make her wish, but I know that will only last for another couple of years. I'm not sure if they do the ceremony for lunch or dinner, though.

We didn't see the ceremony for dinner. I didn't know about it, so if we just weren't there I don't know.

It is breakfast and lunch only.
Dinner is different. You meet Cinderella in the entry way and have a picture taken. But once you are in the Dining Room there are no Princesses at dinner. The Fairy Godmother and the mice Perla and Suzy come and do a little show. They do not sign autographs at dinner.

When I made my ADR at CRT I was told it wasn't technically a character meal. As the previous poster pointed out, you get your pic with Cindy before going inside the restaurant, then Fairy Godmother and Mice come out to play while you eat. Don't get buyers remorse. Be happy you got a ressie there. They are very difficult to come by. My friends are going at the same time we are, and they can't get a ressie at all!

I called to see about changing but everything else was full so dinner it is!
