Yes (if available.)

The FP+ for parades, fireworks, and evening spectaculars don't generally appear as
choices until very near the actual dates (sometimes less than 1-2 weeks ahead.)

I will caution against choosing a FP+ for Fantasmic! It is virtually worthless.
