Is Wishes always at 9pm every night? Even on EMH nights?


And while I'm asking about Wishes, what other nighttime events are still going on in the MK area and at what time? Electrical Water Pageant? Spectromagic?

No the Wishes time varies by season and park hours. It is also almost always before EMH times. you can see a full schedule for Wishes and Spectromagic here at the calendar page of wdwinfo.com.
