Wishes weddings: What gets a service fee?

I'm working on as detailed an estimated Wishes wedding budget as I can get, and I can't figure out on which items they'll tack the 20% service fee. In the real world, only food and beverage costs incur service charges. Anyone know what Disney's policy is?

I was wondering the same thing myself, because it can really make a difference in the budget turnout.

I don't know the complete answer to your question, but here are the few things I know so far. We are paying the 20% for all of our food (including cake) at our brunch and for our dessert party. The service charge is on top of the 6.5% sales tax. It doesn't show up on my floral budget that I got from Disney Floral. I know there are some other service fees that apply if you rent different chairs because they come from an outside company. We are just having chair covers through Disney Floral, so we don't have that added cost.

Hopefully, some other people can provide a little more detailed input for you.
