Hmm, I see a few things I'd suggest if it were me.

I think you will need more time than just from 11:30 until 1 to get ready considering hair and makeup will take up a lot of that. When will you eat lunch, get into your dress, etc?

I'd assume the photos at 1pm are with you and the bridesmaids, right? Because photos of just the bridesmaids really wouldn't be needed and most likely, they will still be getting ready then themselves.

Do you want any shots of your DH getting ready with the groomsmen?

Also, 30 minutes of speeches is a really long time. Most times, it is kept to ten minutes and even that can feel long sometimes.

Are you having dancing? Or any other planned activities? The cutting of the cake is generally when many guests take their leave, so be sure to have lots to entertain them during the 4 hour reception (just talking and mingling is good, but other activities help keep everything moving).

Whatever you do...don't take a shower the morning of your wedding. Wash your hair the day before and allow your hair to have a little natural hair oil build up...this will allow your hair style to stay put and last longer! :thumbsup2

no shower? or just dont wash your hair?

I disagree about taking a shower. It really depends on your hair, but I certainly washed my hair that morning and had absolutely NO problems with it. You want to be fresh for your wedding day, right?

act1980, are you having two photographers starting at 12 noon? I can't see how your schedule would be possible with only one. Also check and make sure the contract allows the photogs to separate and not work together.

Are you no longer having a ten hour photography package? That's what you mentioned in the first post and I was confused.

I've been planning out our timeline the last few days, so I know it's tough.

My only Q is - why not serve the cake with the tea and coffee? Or are you having champagne or something with it?

Yes, we could do that I suppose. It is just rough at the moment and I will probably tweak it a little still ;)
