Wishes View From Gf?

CAn you see WIshes from GF, in particular from your room in the main building, one of the concierge floors?

Hi, we stayed in the main building a couple of months ago and had a fabulous view of wishes from our room #4302. I know there are a block of rooms to the left and right of it that had the direct view. Check the GF info thread for more room numbers.

Excellent views from rooms #4401-4409 (4th floor main building) and 4301-4309 (3rd floor). We stayed in room 4404 and had the castle right in the center of our balcony. We could even watch it turn colors from bed. It's a bit further walk to the lounge and main elevator, but there is a service elevator that will bring you down right next to Gasparilla's. I love staying in that area of the resort.

The boat dock and tables around the marina are also excellent viewing locations.

Quick Question, The views of wishes are from the Lagoon View rooms right? We are going in mid-September and I was just going to book a garden view room. Do you think it is worth it to pay the extra for the Lagoon View or should we ask for an upgrade and hope to get it when we get there?

Having a lagoon view will still not guarantee you a view of Wishes. Some of the buildings are angled the other way and would offer views of Epcot in the distance. Personally, I think the garden views are lovely. You could always keep that choice, but put in a request for SagoCay marina (still considered garden) or a corner room (slightly bigger, usually 2 balconies). You might be able to look to your left from a balcony in SagoCay and see the fireworks, otherwise, just step outside the building for a nice view.

We were upgraded to lageen view but could not see the castle at all. We were in Big Pine Key and faced the Poly. It was still a neat view!

For Wishes, we walked to the boat dock and stood there or sat on one of the benches. It was a perfect view.
