Wishes, Parade, and Celebrate the Magic

Here's our plan for Nov. 16: We have FP+ for the first parade, so watch the parade from Town Square, after it goes by, use the new bypass to get over near Tomorrowland Terrace to view CTM and then Wishes. They've added a second parade after Wishes, so during the second parade catch some rides while lines are low. Does this make sense? Will we have time to get near Tommorrowland Terrace and find a good spot before CTM starts? Is the new Bypass a good option for this?

I'm very tempted to give up the FP for another ride and take our chances on the first or second parade. Opinions? For some reason this whole process is a cause for much consternation! We really want to enjoy the parade, CTM, and Wishes and this is probably our only night to do it so I want to have the best plan in place.

If you want to do all 3 I would do FP for wishes and watch the second parade you should have no problem finding a good spot for it.

I've thought about that, but so far I haven't been able to get a Wishes FP. There's 5 of us so that presents the challenge. The kicker is originally I had Wishes FP at the 60 day mark but then switched to MSEP as the viewing area was showing as being at the hub in front of the castle. Plan was to just stay there for fireworks and CTM. Then they sent me an email that they moved it back to Town Square. At that point I've been looking for Wishes FP but they haven't been available.

But I like your idea and will stay on he lookout.

not sure you can see CTM form were you will be seeing MSEP, but I would just start to walk up main street and see how close you can get and then try to get in once the parade goes by they let people in the streets so more room opens if you can walk faster then the parade then you should have no problem getting in some where good,

Thanks for the info. I was able to get Wishes FP's for the whole family this morning, so switched from the MSEP FP's. So now the plan is to watch Wishes at 8pm from the Wishes FP area then watch the later CTM and then find a spot for the 2nd MSEP somewhere around the Hub. They added the second MSEP so that really helped open things up for us. Also I'm using DIBB's FP+ tracker and got the email about Wishes opening up this morning. Went straight in and got them. A few minutes later they were gone (maybe I got the only one's that became available). Happy with what we got now, thanks for all the help!

I'm glad to find this thread because I'm struggling with my Wishes planning. If you want a really good spot for CtM and Wishes without a FP, how early do you have to stake out your spot? We're a party of 13 so we'll be taking up some real estate. The day I am thinking of is Wednesday 12/16. It's one of the few days that week that doesn't have an MVMCP scheduled so I know it will be very crowded.

I would do at lest 2 hours before the parade maybe 3 or 4 with that may people you only need 2 or 3 people and something to hold your place like a towls Or if you do not care how good of a view keep an eye on Main Street and when t starts to get crowded just stay
