Wishes NYE Dessert Party

Anyone have any insight as to when we will be able to book the NYE dessert party to view wishes? I have noticed that Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years day are currently blocked from booking. Thanks!!

I would imagine that they are planning to charge more than the standard Wishes Dessert Party and they still haven't finalized the plans/pricing for these dates.

That's my guess as well. I have seen mixed reviews about sight lines, etc. Can anyone offer any insight? Would it be worth the money? Am I better off using a FP+? I know I won't get a 4th FP+ that day, but I am trying to figure out my best plan of attack.

Sorry if you felt this was in the wrong area. I agree Disney does these 365 days a year. However since there is no information specifically about NYE I figured I'd see if anyone heard any rumors regarding when it would be announced. Sorry if this was the wrong spot to ask this question.

It's perfectly fine...but I think you might get better answers in one of the "planning" or "parks" forums...

Typically, Wishes is not offered on NYE hence no dessert party. In the past they have not had a party for Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks.

I attended a Dessert Party on NYE held in the Tomorrowland Terrace in 2012. We stayed until after midnight and were provided hats and noise makers to ring in the New Year. Just hopeful they haven't done away with it.

I tried but the Disney CS said that it didn't exist? They seached Wishes, Fantasy in the Sky, and Tomorroland Terrace, all dessert parties. I guess I will just keep calling. I really wish CS reps were as up to speed on Disney announcements as you are!!

"Magic Kingdom – For guests with a sweet tooth, Tomorrowland Terrace will feature a New Year’s Eve fireworks dessert party twice nightly during the “Fantasy in the Sky” fireworks spectacular Dec. 30-31. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance by calling 407-WDW-DINE."

It says you can only book two weeks before so CS has no access yet.

The way I read it is ....up to two weeks in advance...so that means now until 2 weeks before.
