I'm heading to WDW in early December and we are going to MK's MVMCP one night.
While reading the December park hours and events schedule, I noticed that there was no "Spectro" that night, but it does say "Wishes" is at 6pm.

Then I read(somewhere) that last year they had Holiday Wishes at 9:15 between the Very Merry Christmas Parades at 8:15 & 10:45.
Could this be right? Two wishes in one night?? Would they do that?

I went to MVMCP in 04' but went later and only saw the Holiday Wishes...I'm confused! :confused3

Can anyone help me out here?

Unless I've lost my mind, I'm remembering the "regular" fireworks (Wishes) show during "regular" park hours, and then a special holiday Wishes during the party. Not a repeat, but definitely fireworks twice.

Actually this is a new thing. I dont recall them doing this before but yes, to the OP, they are doing both on the same night during the party nights.

Wishes will take place at 6:00 pm and Holiday Wishes will take place at 9:15 pm.

This is absolutly awesome.

Thanks everyone!! I was hoping to catch both this year too, as I'm traveling with a friend who hasn't been to WDW since 1975!! (And the best part--the trip is FREE!! She won the trip at work and her hubby didn't want to go, so she asked me...and she didn't have to ask twice either!!)

I like to make one correct to above post based on what took place at Halloween party nights. The Holiday wishes will proably not be till 9:30 instead of 9:15 dued to the clearing of the park of day guest. This is what I read here on boards about Halloween Party nights. Looks like all the times are being pused out by 15 min. Will know for sure come this Friday.

I really hope this is right!!! We will be attending our first MVMCP on 11/27 and they have Wishes listed at 6. We are having dinner in the castle at 4:20, so if we time it right we'll be finished in time to see Wishes and then get to enjoy the party and the Holiday Wishes

I'm so excited about this trip :cheer2:

Thanks OP for pointing this out, I would never had known this.

When I first saw this awhile back on the schedule I thought it was a typo. But its been listed that way for quite awhile so I am assuming it will happen (and hoping like crazy it does). This could be to satisfy non party guests who are using a ticket to be at MK and getting jipped of nighttime entertainment if they don't run Wishes. Showing Wishes and HOliday Wishes as well later on is likely part of the change of having the regular guests allowed in the park later than they used to be on a party night to increase their time in MK. Since it gets dark so early this time of year they can do this unlike during MNSSHP nights when its too light too late to run Wishes as well as Hallowishes.
