Hi!

We're eating at Chef Mickey's at 6:45 and Wishes is at 8:00 that night. Assuming all goes well, and we have a 10 minute window on leaving Chef Mickey's to find a good place to see Wishes from, where should we go? Somewhere in the Hotel? On the grounds?

Many Thanks.

Hi!
We did the same thing this past week. We were able to see Wishes from the viewing platform on the same floor as, and at the opposite end of Chef Mickeys. You can see the fireworks quite well and they do pipe the music in. It was hard to hear, however, with the monorail overhead and the condensors from the air conditioner nearby.

Make sure to see it again in the park as it was an excellent show!
Have fun!!

Do try to see Wishes from inside the MK at least once. The perspective is much better. We did both last week, and enjoyed it much more from inside the park.

When we go in May - we're going on the Silver Plan, so we'll be viewing wishes from a "preferred viewing" location within MK. In addition - we're having dinner at O'hanas and are requesting a window seat to enjoy it there.

(Not to mention that we are staying in the Poly LV Concierge, so we'll be able to see it from our room a few nights!!!

I am so excited - 90 days to go!!!

PS - I can't get my countdown timer to work -

Can someone help???

when we were there a few weeks ago after dinner we went up to the 11th floor and walked to the north end of hall to the outside stairway and there is a platform . there were a few other people doing the same .it is a great place to watch the fireworks.also if you have prefered veiwing at MK it is a great place to see TINKERBELL slide down from the castle.pirate: pirate: pirate: pirate:

Just wanted to wish you a FABULOUS time inside the magic, and to say HELLO! :wave2: Thanks for taking time to post while there. Hope you have a great time at Chef Mickey's, and enjoy the WISHES fireworks show. ::yes:: THE CR is one of my favorite places...Hope you all have a memorable time!

You can usually go to the top floor (California Grill restaurant) and turn left when you exit the elevator. This takes you to one of the 2 outside viewing areas. Music is piped in. We try to get there about 5-10 minutes early and have been able to stand along the wall, at the farthest point out.

There have been times when CG has decided not to allow people up there unless they're dining at the restaurant, but we were there 11/03 and I haven't read any recent reports that it's been off limits.
