Wishes from Ft Wilderness Beach?

We have dinner reservations at Trail's End at 7:30 and Wishes is at 9, we plan to watch Wishes from the beach at Ft Wilderness...do they pipe the music in? Thanks

Usually, yes. I have heard this year they aren't doing the holiday party music, though.

Hang around for the Electrical Water Pageant at 9:45. It's right off the beach, it's fun.

However, from the angle of the Fort Wilderness beach, you are able to see just how far behind the castle the big fireworks really are to get the effect that they're exploding behind or just above the castle (perspective distortion). If you're turned towards MK, the big fireworks will be exploding pretty far to your right while the castle fireworks go off on the left. It looks like at least a mile of distance between the two.

Agree. In June we were in the lounge at California Grill and we watched the fireworks (which you see at a side angle) You could tell the fireworks were off to the side and back of the castle so you didn't get the visual impact. However it was still very cool and the ladies I was with (who had never been to WDW before) loved the experience and talked about it a lot. Having the music piped in helped with the ambiance. I, who knew what they should look like found it a unique perspective but I didn't really love the show.

I've been on the Wilderness Lodge Beach watching the high fireworks and there is no music. It's cool looking but I think you need the music to make it 'magical'. Watched from the Poly Beach and you got a bit more of the visual impact and the music piped in so it was my favorite 'not in the park' view.

the music is actually my favorite part so knowing they have the music is perfect...thanks everyone for all the input!
