I booked yesterday for the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party for 24th April 2015. Online it only offered one time at 6.10 p.m. which I thought seemed a little early (I did it a few years ago and I seem to remember getting there around 8 p.m.) but I booked it anyway. After booking I looked online and Wishes is shown to be at 10.00 p.m. on this date so this arrival time seems really early!

Having read the Policies in the reservation email it says "Event Start time will be 1 hour before fireworks show" as well as saying to recheck the schedule 2 weeks before and on the day. I suppose this really answers my question but I just wanted to make sure that this is standard as why put 6.10 p.m. when the show is so late? :confused3

In many cases Disney hasn't locked down the time for the fireworks on that date. Might be 8:30, might be 9:30, might be 10... depends on what the crowd levels are predicted to be and other issues. Rather than set the time which might confuse some people if it changes they're setting it to its earliest time.

Of course trying to get TS at 6 and the dessert party at the same time is a pain in the butt now...

Thanks, I thought it might be something like this - I'll just check nearer the time and turn up an hour before like it says.

Fortunately I don't have the TS problem as our TS meal that day is breakfast but can see how that would be a pain.
