How do you sign up for this?

You have to book it through the dining website. It is listed under Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party. They have limited seating so it is really hard to get. I have been trying for 6 years and we finally got it for our September trip.

And as PP said, the tickets usually go within 24-72 hours of going on sale 180 days in advance.
