Woo Hoo! I got our reservations for the 16th! I have no idea what my travel agent was doing, but I'm glad I turned to y'all for help! This is going to make my 4 year olds birthday extra magical!

After watching this thread for 2 months on I would have to guess sometime in the first week of August and from what I gather from past years this seems to be the trend. Good luck

You need a new travel agent. I would let them know that it was still available and they may have cost you a closer table.

So glad you got it!! I don't know what was up with this TA, but I must say that if I was a TA, I'd make no promises about booking this party!! Other ADRs, sure, you know the window. This thing with no pre-announced opening date? Don't know how a TA could get anything done if they had to stalk this for a bunch of clients! LOL!

Was just on the website checking for October 26th and the only ones that were blue to click on were Oct 6&8, also only days in November that were blue were 7-9. Any reason this might be? It used to show all the days in blue that the party would be held.

I wouldn't draw any conclusions at this point from this at all. This stuff fluctuates. Until a month opens, the blue vs. not blue dates really doesn't provide any info.

I have to think they must be doing some sort of Update as when I just looked no dates for any month are highlighted and in the times box it said No times avail

My bad they moved the restaurant box and I did not click on TT , once I did that saw the same dates you did

Under the additional info I just noticed it said the terrace can accomadate 50 guests. I thought I read people were at parties where there were about 90-120 guests? Wonder if I am mistaken or if they changed the limit. Hope I am able to get a reservation before my date fill's up because my schedule is already so packed that I only have 1 choice for this.

Yikes!! I mean, that's what I do for myself, but it strikes me as over-and-above for a TA!!

BOG is tricky... once I got it right at 180 days, the other two times it's been with the advantage of 180+10...

We had to cancel once from 4 down to 3 bc my husband ended up not being able to join us and we were still in the front row. The difference with your situation is that would mean they could change your table size and perhaps it would change your good location?

That's what I'm afraid of. That they will move my location that I booked on first day available. They still have tables available on 9/8 now. I'm just gonna have to take that chance. Thanks for your opinion.

I honestly have no idea, hopefully maybe someone who has gone thru the process will reply.

Seems to me they would just modify the existing ADR to reflect party of 2 rather than 3 since they can not book a new ADR as there is no availability for a
Party of 2.

I know that the website says that the reservations open 60 days out, but I was told when making my other ADRs that dessert party for Dec would open 90 days out. Whether it will or won't, I will personally start checking 1st of Sept (maybe sooner
