did you book online? i am unable to find it in the online system... tried "event dining" and got all the fantasmics, safaris, etc, but no dessert party (nor desert party! LOL!)

looks like you can only reserve thru 2010 - we aren't going until June - any chance this will be extended to 2011?

I just reserved on-line for Feb 2011. It is on the events site, and is right under Fantasmic. Maybe they aren't taking them that far out (more than 180 days)

I have 2 questions on the dessert party. I was looking online and some of the ADR times showed 7:20 when Wishes starts at 8. Other days it was 7. Is this for distribution of arrivals? Also, I know I'd have to pay at the time of reservation. But, can I cancel with full refund. Online it seems to be that I could cancel anytime prior to 24 hours prior. Just want to confirm. Thanks.

yes, they stagger the arrival times a bit, but you can arrive before/after your reserved time and still have no problem getting in...

i believe the cancellation policy is now 48 hours, but i could be mistaken...

I just booked this for March 27, 2011. I could pull it up online but chose to reserve by phone to utilize a $25 gift card that I had. My total for 4 (DH, me, DS17 and DD15) was $93.68...that's $23.42 per person and includes tax. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. I hope this helps!
