Wishes Calander November

When will the post calander for Wishes November be posted?
I would like to book PS at Carlifornia Grill since I red (on this board) that is the best place to watch the fireworks.

It should be posted ANY day. I noticed the Disney World website added December to the park hours calendar but the actual times for NOV/DEC aren't available yet.
