Wishes availability for 4th fastpass+?

Has anyone tried to get wishes or MSEP as your additional fastpass+ Later in the day? Im wondering how late its been available? Thanks!

Tried on 5/3 to get a Wishes FP. There were none available around 5PM or so.

I think the Wishes FP's are more limited because it's not a continuously moving line. It's a capacity issue. So with fewer released you may need to count on a cancellation to get one later in the day.
